I don’t know of any fountain of youth but I certainly know some tricks that can prevent those unwanted lines from forming and prolong a younger-looking you for long, long years. And, oh, did I mention these tricks won’t bust the bank?
Sun Protection
The first thing you need to do is to stay safely protected from the sun. You do not have to sacrifice life outdoors. Just do it in moderation. If there is no way of avoiding sun from 10am to 4pm, then apply sunscreen.Sunscreens are our first line of defense against the sun. The higher the SPF, the better sun protection you have.
If you want to stay under the sun for 15 minutes at a time, a lotion or a sunscreen with SPF 10 or 15 is adequate. If you plan to bask under some UV rays for longer than that, opt for something stronger—SPF 30 and above.
Natural Moisturizer
The next thing you should consider is to pick a good moisturizer that you can use in the morning and before you go to sleep.
